Stakeholder Engagement Planning Kit
The mapping and planning templates behind meaningful engagement as Article 13 and the UNGPs define it. The mapping template separates rightsholders from stakeholders and forces a priority that follows severity and vulnerability. The plan template commits each group to a method, a frequency, a named owner and an output, which is what an assessor can actually check.

Grievance Mechanism Tools

Implementation Roadmap
The five-step build with activities, responsible functions, outputs and indicative timing, set against the regulatory clock as it now stands: the June 2024 adoption, the March 2026 Omnibus, the national law moving independently of Brussels, and the single application date of 26 July 2029. Plus the sequencing warning about starting at step four.
How to use them
Start with the checklist pack against the three regimes that reach you, and be honest in the Status column: an item is complete only where you could hand a supervisory authority the document named beside it. The gaps that survive that test are your programme. The roadmap then sequences them, and the crosswalk lets you answer a lender, a customer and an auditor from one body of work instead of three.
They are free to use in your own organization and with your own clients. Please keep the attribution. They are working templates, not legal advice: the provisions they cite have to be read in full and applied with qualified counsel.
Beyond the book
